| *sigh* so the toronto parade....definitely wasnt the best.
no ying ying + no sterling + a conductor who doesnt know how to conduct
+ lots of new ppl+ lots of kids who dont know how to turn or walk+ no
experienced musical ppl + different hats = one big pile of blue mess
on the bright side i got one angry woman breathing heat doown my neck throughout the parade. YIPPEEE.

| ahh the strawberry festival. it was awesome. i dont think i can type out what i want to say but it was AWESOME. lotsa yummy free food and ice cream. and regina and serena were there finally. i didnt actually see any big real strawberry but there were a lot of ....strawberry flags, clothes, banners.
the marching band won 3rd place. the waist drum band won FIRST!  and our lotus flower float won 2 FIRST places. one for its unique-ness and one for the float award.
so four awards in total.  YAY! (even tho its not about winning)

i just found out the award the band won is like....a world wide thing. really prestigious...is that how you spell it? anyways only the bands that are really good get it so that THIRD place is really good  |

| HAPPY FALUN DAFA DAY!!
today was nice. the sun came out. dance ppl....the guys did better than the girls but still good.
im getting those marks that ppl get when you're in the sun for too long. ugh my skin is so weird. O_o
and i cant go to military ball because that same night we have to be on our way to toronto for parade and fahui.
im looking foward for the strawberry festival in west virginia. the ppl there really want us to go. they even paid for our bus.
serena, i hope you got all your ghostly makeup off ur not-tanned-and-never-will-be face. LOL
betty, you ate my fingers.....
and brian...i hope you didnt get yelled at too badly. it was a one time thing. even responsible ppl make mistakes. you are one of THEE most responsible ppl i know..and this is like the first mistake youve made since ive met you. -_- ive been scold at in front of the whole band during practice. so (being in) ur shoes are looking pretty good. <--what a cheesy linee. lol feel better.
